Sara Clement is a successful entrepreneur and Company Vice President with Park Lane, one of the longest standing fashion accessory companies in the world. As a company vice president for the company, she was recently given the achievement for the fastest growing sales team worldwide and has one of the largest sales organizations within the company. She serves as a mentor and business coach to her sales representatives to guide them to pursue their own entrepreneurial ventures through regular training, while also regularly hosting successful trunk shows as a top seller in the company & consistently recruiting for her growing sales team.
Prior to joining Park Lane Jewelry, Sara served as a top National Sales Director for Stella & Dot. While there, she was responsible for assisting with top decision making with an elite position on the coveted style council, led a team of over 1000 sales people and was a top 10 earner for the company.
