June 1 – Wine Release: We are proud to release our very first Tinte Cellars labeled wines: 2018 Sauvignon Blanc and our 2018 Viognier
2018 Tinte Cellars Sauvignon Blanc – Winemaker Notes: Fermented in barrel and stirred weekly, this Sauvignon Blanc is crafted traditionally to represent the richness and focus of this variety. Sourced from Bacchus and Schmidt vineyards. Tasting Notes: Straw, kiwi, butterscotch, crushed rock, flint, hay, and gooseberry lead to a rich, round palate followed by a honey lemon finish. (154 cases, $18/bottle).
2018 Tinte Cellars Viognier – Winemaker Notes: 100% Viognier fermented in stainless steel, this wine is crafted in a crisp style to compliment the natural weight of this aromatic variety. Sourced from Connor Lee and Gamache vineyards. Tasting Notes: Peach, apricot, pear, honeysuckle, citrus, and jasmine lead to a round, silky palate with a long, honeydew and lemon zest finish. (642 cases, $27/bottle)
